A Spring Setting

Hosting requires love, with setting the table an act of generosity and consideration - creating a special place for each person at the table. We had the honor of hosting old and new friends of the brand to welcome in Spring at one of our favorite Greek restaurants - The Apollo.

Set amongst the hustle and bustle of Potts Point, guests dined on a classic Greek feast: honey and oregano drenched saganaki cheese, village salad,  slow cooked lamb, horta with zucchini and the most perfect potatoes we’ve ever had. A simple menu, an overflowing table of food, wine and martini spritzes! We couldn’t think of a better way to spend a Friday afternoon.

A big thank you to everyone that came, dined and experienced what Asouvla is made of - the beauty of everyday occasions to spark joy and add heritage to every table.
